I want to take a moment to say how much I appreciated working with Colin Lewin @ RB Ford. He was quick to reach out to me when I inquired online and was real-time texting me throughout the process. I sent one text Saturday morning @ 7a not expecting to hear from him until after things opened but he texted me back straight away. He was working on helping me close the final price on a deal for a vehicle I hadn’t even been able to see yet before the dealership was even open. He was extremely accommodating to work at a fair price for a fully certified vehicle. Great peace of mind to be sure. I highly recommend working with RB Ford and their team as they are truly looking to work with people who want to buy a vehicle rather than just trying to sell cars.

I recently scheduled my first at-home service appointment with your dealership for an oil change and tire rotation, and I wanted to share what a great experience it was. When I called to set up the appointment, Jen walked me through the entire process. Jen was clear, helpful, and genuinely great to work with, which made getting everything arranged very easy. On the day of the appointment, Matt called ahead to confirm the arrival time and showed up right on schedule. Before starting the work, Matt checked in and asked for permission to move the truck to the street due to the wind, explaining that it would help avoid getting oil on the driveway. That level of care and consideration really stood out. After completing the service, Matt followed up to let me know everything was done. Both Jen and Matt were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. The entire process was smooth and seamless from start to finish. I truly appreciate the excellent service and attention to detail. Thanks!

Everything went well on servicing my 2018 Ford Explorer. The new place they moved into is very high tech, and service, sales, and everyone in the place is friendly and helpful. I bought a new 2026 Explorer ST at Rod Baker Ford first week of May, and I had a nice stress-free experience. My sales rep was Brian Swidergal, a very friendly, knowledgeable and detail-oriented guy, genuinely helpful before and after the sale, answering questions and getting some specific things done from the Service department. After the initial test drive on a different model available on the lot, he made sure an ST of the color and exact options I wanted was available and could be brought over. I agreed on the overall deal the next evening, and he was considerate enough to suggest finalizing things the next morning, thus avoiding spending a late night at the dealership, as the final paperwork can take a lot of time. By the way, there was no need to haggle over the price, since Ford dealers are running a special Employee Pricing for All at the moment. I will also say that I received a very good value for my Mustang GT trade-in, which made the difference in my purchase decision. As a final note, I find the Explorer ST to be a powerful, comfortable and spacious SUV.

Went in to purchase a used car. I had been emailing back and forth with Matt. He had the car pulled to the front, licensed, and ready for us to test drive before our appointment time. My husband and I bought a 2026 Ford Bronco Outer Banks last week and we LOVE it! We traveled over an hour to this dealership and were so impressed with this dealership! Came all the way from Montana to purchase a car that was competitively priced. Our salesperson Kaitlynn was amazing to work with, taking time to answer all my questions, sending pictures, videos, walking me through the inspection process, out of state buying process, and then giving personalized assistance once we arrived. Appreciated them picking us up at the airport to get us to the dealership. Kaitlynn and Mike helped correct a few things the car needed done before we would drive it home. They made this one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Only drawback was the added cost of a dealership installed pulse light breaking system but the pricing on the car still made this worth it. We would return in the future for our next vehicle purchase. Great job team Rod Baker!

We recently moved to the Plainfield/Naperville area and have been thinking about purchasing an electric vehicle. We visited Rod Baker Ford just to look and possibly test drive a Mach-e to make an informed future decision. Matthew K was exceptionally helpful, he assisted us on our terms and interest without pressure. Tim checked in with us once we were back from the test drive and both he and Matthew exemplify their dealerships no-pressure approach. This first impression by there team will certainly bring us back to their dealership for all our future purchases and the service of the 2 other Fords we have in the family currently. My husband and I called about a truck posted on a third party site. Matthew answered the phone and confirmed the truck was available. After a lengthy drive, Matthew greeted us at the door. We purchased a used vehicle recently from Rod Baker Ford. We found the listing online a drove 3 hours to look at it. They were able to hold the vehicle for us once they knew we were on our way which was reassuring! The application forms were simple and the process was easy. They were able to work with us on our trade in and we were able to get the price we wanted on our payment after a bit of back n’ forth. (As expected, It’s a car dealership). We worked with Matt. He was very attentive and made 2 follow up calls to see how the vehicle was working out for us post purchase. We would recommend this dealer for someone looking to purchase.

Outstanding service from Rod Baker Ford and team! I was looking to purchase a new Bronco and decided to have it built to my specifications. Sales consultant Kaitlyn helped me every step of the way. She guided me through the entire process of ordering the Bronco from beginning to end. Rod Baker kept me informed of the progress and actually delivered the finished Bronco 3 months in advance of the projected completion date. Kaitlyn was professional, courteous and had a laid back approach which made the entire experience more enjoyable. It has been three months since the purchase and Kaitlyn still reaches out to ask if I have any questions about the vehicle and to make sure I’m happy with the Bronco. Great job Kaitlyn! Smoothest vehicle purchase I’ve ever experienced! I had to travel a couple hours for the vehicle and was on a bit of a time crunch. They had all the paperwork ready to go, I was there all of 15 minutes. I’ve been told that would be the case plenty of times before, but this is the first time the dealer actually pulled through. I will definitely be going there for all of my commercial vehicle purchases in the future!

Joe did an amazing job for the buying experience out of state with our vehicle. He sent a video immediately and was quick to response with our quick timing of wanting to purchase a vehicle. When he wasn’t in, other members were also kind and professional to assist. Tho we are still waiting on minor discrepancies, this company works with you and Joe was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. We will be considering this dealership again in the future over many we’ve dealt with in Indianapolis.

ASK FOR BRIAN! I just bought my first ever financed car and I don’t think it could’ve gone better if it wasn’t for Brian. I had a set budget and a few cars in mind and he made sure to keep me in my budget. He didn’t try to up sell on things I didn’t need. He understood I just needed a good car at a set price and made it work. I can only hope when I get my next car down the line he’s still there. Keep up the good work man!

J.R. was my salesman and he was great to deal with. He was never pushy or aggressive and answered all of my questions with integrity. Throughout the process he made me comfortable to be in there and didn’t give me the typical “salesman” approach. The new Rod Baker is a great place to buy a vehicle. I came in very last minute, because my tire pressure dropped drastically. They had no service techs left for the day, but the service manager checked my tires for nails and filled my tires without me even asking. The service advisors were great with setting up an appointment also so I could get it checked out further.

Great experience. Truck was in and out pretty quick even though I took it in for, what would normally be, a long job. Worked with Vince in service and he was super helpful, informative and responsive. After working at a Ford dealer and dealing with many different service technicians, I wouldn't recommend you take you're vehicle anywhere else except Rod Baker Ford. Again, great team and shout out to Vince!

My 2018 f150 sport,wiper motor went out. I dropped off my truck I dealt with Lauren and Michael. Michael gave me a new 2022 loaner F150. Lauren kept me up to date on repair,even got a part that wasn't supposed to be covered under warranty,she was able to get it covered. Got my truck back the next day $100.00 deductible. Can't say enough about the service department and team they have. Definitely will recommend this dealership and will be a repeat customer.

Highly recommend Lauren who was our service advisor. She has excellent customer service skills and really cares about her customers. We visited the new facility on day 4 and the process was so efficient and with a quick turn-a-round. Ummmm.... I LOVE MY CAR... Lincoln Nautilus... The nicest thing I've ever driven, and my salesman James made sure I got exactly what I wanted... From out of state and searching on-line, I purchased a Ford Mustang Convertible from Rod Baker Ford. Salesman Don offered excellent customer service and found a very reasonable shipping fee from their transport vendor. Brian was articulate and timely with all related paperwork. My high school dream of owning a Mustang became a reality with the car being delivered to my home in Upstate NY, just a few days after all contracts were finalized. I recommend doing business with these very nice and highly professional people and this dealership.

First time buying here and what a relief. I am a 22 year employee of Ford Motor Company and after having my car totaled in an accident I need a new car quick. I tried Tirapelli Ford since we bought all our other vehicles from there and they we not interested in giving me employee pricing. In fact they added $5000 to the sticker price. I called Rod Baker Ford and they immediately started to help. I was getting text messages of available vehicles while still at the other dealership. It was an easy decision for me and we switched our loyalty to Rod Baker Ford and will be staying here in the future. I just can’t wait for the new location to be ready.
