I recently purchased a Ford Edge at Rod Baker Ford. I was extremely happy with my experience there. My salesman was Don Sulejmani. He was extremely helpful throughout the sale, communicating with me in a timely manner throughout the whole process. He was able to find the car I was looking for and I feel their pricing was fair for the new car as well as for my trade-in of a 2016 Edge. There were no high pressure tactics used to push me to make decisions before I was ready to finalize the purchase, which I appreciate. This is the third car I have purchased from Rod Baker Ford and will definitely go back there again as well as recommend them to friends and family.

I was recently passing through the Chicago area and was unable to roll up the rear window of my new Escape. I was hours from home as well as my local dealer, and it was starting to rain. I stopped at a nearby Ford service center just off the interstate who would not be able to look at my car for several hours. It was recommended I contact Rod Baker Ford to see if they could at least get the window raised until I was able to get home for the repairs. I called and spoke with Joseph P who said he would have the service center look at the vehicle to see what could be done. A little over an hour later, my car had not only been "looked at", the master switch had been replaced and I was able to get back on the road. Thank you, Joseph and Aaron B (technician). If I was treated this well as a person just passing through, how much better service if I were a local.

Stellar service!!! If you haven’t used the mobile unit for service, I highly recommend it. They came out to my home, diagnosed the issue in my driveway, picked it up, and returned it to my home. No inconvenience to me whatsoever. In the meantime we purchased a new commercial truck for our business which went smoothly. No pushing, no badgering, and straight to the point. This is best I’ve felt about a dealership in a long time. Thank you!

My husband and I popped in late in the day to look at a new Ford truck. Our salesman, Don, was finishing up a deal with another couple but worked between us both seamlessly. Don was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and courteous as we switched gears and went from a smaller truck to a larger one. He helped us find the perfect truck for my husband. Though it was late in the evening, he knew how busy our schedules were, so Don, the sales manager Fritzy (James Fritz), Lisa Czerwinski the F & I manager, and a couple of really nice and helpful porters all stayed 2 1/2 hours AFTER CLOSING to help us finish the deal that night. Huge thanks to you all! We will definitely recommend this dealer and its lovely staff. Bonus: Its new location, huge inventory, building, and cool, high-tech (almost) paperless signing, make the experience that much more fun!

Smoothest vehicle purchase I’ve ever experienced! I had to travel a couple hours for the vehicle and was on a bit of a time crunch. They had all the paperwork ready to go, I was there all of 15 minutes. I’ve been told that would be the case plenty of times before, but this is the first time the dealer actually pulled through. I will definitely be going there for all of my commercial vehicle purchases in the future!

My significant other and I had a great experience here. We purchased from out of state and the process was easy to navigate. Joe did an amazing job for the buying experience out of state with our vehicle. He sent a video immediately and was quick to response with our quick timing of wanting to purchase a vehicle. When he wasn’t in, other members were also kind and professional to assist. Tho we are still waiting on minor discrepancies, this company works with you and Joe was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. We will be considering this dealership again in the future over many we’ve dealt with in Indianapolis.

ASK FOR BRIAN! I just bought my first ever financed car and I don’t think it could’ve gone better if it wasn’t for Brian. I had a set budget and a few cars in mind and he made sure to keep me in my budget. He didn’t try to up sell on things I didn’t need. He understood I just needed a good car at a set price and made it work. I can only hope when I get my next car down the line he’s still there. Keep up the good work man!

I came in very last minute, because my tire pressure dropped drastically. They had no service techs left for the day, but the service manager checked my tires for nails and filled my tires without me even asking. The service advisors were great with setting up an appointment also so I could get it checked out further.

My 2018 f150 sport,wiper motor went out. I dropped off my truck I dealt with Lauren and Michael. Michael gave me a new 2022 loaner F150. Lauren kept me up to date on repair,even got a part that wasn't supposed to be covered under warranty,she was able to get it covered. Got my truck back the next day $100.00 deductible. Can't say enough about the service department and team they have. Definitely will recommend this dealership and will be a repeat customer.

From out of state and searching on-line, I purchased a Ford Mustang Convertible from Rod Baker Ford. Salesman Don offered excellent customer service and found a very reasonable shipping fee from their transport vendor. Brian was articulate and timely with all related paperwork. My high school dream of owning a Mustang became a reality with the car being delivered to my home in Upstate NY, just a few days after all contracts were finalized. I recommend doing business with these very nice and highly professional people and this dealership.

First time buying here and what a relief. I am a 22 year employee of Ford Motor Company and after having my car totaled in an accident I need a new car quick. I tried Tirapelli Ford since we bought all our other vehicles from there and they we not interested in giving me employee pricing. In fact they added $5000 to the sticker price. I called Rod Baker Ford and they immediately started to help. I was getting text messages of available vehicles while still at the other dealership. It was an easy decision for me and we switched our loyalty to Rod Baker Ford and will be staying here in the future. I just can’t wait for the new location to be ready.

Our service tech Vincent at Rod Baker Ford is very curtious, knowledgeable, and respectfull. He double checked we were both on the same page for what the car issue was, was aware of my vehicle history, arranged for a courtesy ride home while vehicle stay for repair. Kept in contact with me through text messages informing of repair progress through finish. Explained all the work done and even did a test drive with me for my benefit that repair met my satisfaction, and concerns were met.

I saw a nail in my front drivers side tire,so I took it to my Quick lube and had them take care of the problem.It turns out the the nail never punched the tire and that the tire itself was fine,thanks to the fine service I received from them.Took it to Rod Baker Quick lane and was promised 30 minutes. The sales person Kaitlyn was great. No pressure and easy to talk to. She didn't use any of the standard delay tactics a lot of salespeople use to keep you there or pretend to be your friend. She was straight forward and answered all my questions. And here is the best part - I was in with Lisa the finance person who was also great good they paperwork when I just changed my mind and didn't want to but the car and neither one of them pressured me at all. They were not very professional and they understood my position about being concerned having a car payment which I haven't had in over three years. They cancelled the deal and told me I was welcome to come back if I ever changed my mind. A very refreshing approach from a salesperson and finance person at a dealership.

I scheduled regular maintenance on my 24 Explorer ST. My wait time was minimal and the quality of work seemed to be well done. My service was the works. Very satisfied with Rod Baker service department. 😀

If you are looking to buy a vehicle I would go here. First thing is there was no pressure while looking around. I had my eye on a jeep they had on the lot. I was able to look at it with freedom. I made the choice to drive the suv and as I was walking in the salesman walked up and asked if I would want to drive it. I got the keys and went for a ride without anyone with me. When I got back to the dealership I made the purchase of the SUV. Luke was great to me. He offered me refreshments and was great to talk to while they prepared all the paperwork. All the staff is very nice and helpful. It’s been a while since I bought a car and they made it a great experience. Even after a week, Luke messaged to make sure everything was going good and to ask if they could help with anything. In the future I will be heading back to this dealership to purchase again.

My experience at Rod Baker Ford was about as good as it could get when buying a car. Matt was extremely kind and patient while helping us out during the process. He answered our questions and had a chat with us while we waited for financing. Additionally, the building has a very nice interior with a lot to look at while you wait. I would 100% recommend this place to others if they asked me where to buy a car from.

I highly recommend this car dealership. The service department is well put together. This car dealership highly value customer service and consumer pricing. I had the opportunity to meet the General Manager Anthony Lepore. Mr. Lepore is one classy GM and he walks around to make sure consumers are being valued. I highly recommend this dealership. When you’re looking at your new purchase. I beg you to meet Anthony Lepore. This brother is all business but not some sleazy person in the sales division. He is the face of a good dealership. My mom passed and just speaking with Mr. Lepore I felt his energy to keep trying and pushing forward. Customer service is really valued at this company. Highly recommend this company!

I want to take a moment to say how much I appreciated working with Colin Lewin @ RB Ford. He was quick to reach out to me when I inquired online and was real-time texting me throughout the process. I sent one text Saturday morning @ 7a not expecting to hear from him until after things opened but he texted me back straight away. He was working on helping me close the final price on a deal for a vehicle I hadn’t even been able to see yet before the dealership was even open. He was extremely accommodating to work at a fair price for a fully certified vehicle. Great peace of mind to be sure. I recently scheduled my first at-home service appointment with your dealership for an oil change and tire rotation, and I wanted to share what a great experience it was. When I called to set up the appointment, Jen walked me through the entire process. Jen was clear, helpful, and genuinely great to work with, which made getting everything arranged very easy. On the day of the appointment, Matt called ahead to confirm the arrival time and showed up right on schedule. Before starting the work, Matt checked in and asked for permission to move the truck to the street due to the wind, explaining that it would help avoid getting oil on the driveway. That level of care and consideration really stood out. After completing the service, Matt followed up to let me know everything was done. Both Jen and Matt were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. The entire process was smooth and seamless from start to finish. I bought a new 2026 Explorer ST at Rod Baker Ford first week of May, and I had a nice stress-free experience. My sales rep was Brian Swidergal, a very friendly, knowledgeable and detail-oriented guy, genuinely helpful before and after the sale, answering questions and getting some specific things done from the Service department. After the initial test drive on a different model available on the lot, he made sure an ST of the color and exact options I wanted was available and could be brought over. I agreed on the overall deal the next evening, and he was considerate enough to suggest finalizing things the next morning, thus avoiding spending a late night at the dealership, as the final paperwork can take a lot of time. By the way, there was no need to haggle over the price, since Ford dealers are running a special Employee Pricing for All at the moment. I will also say that I received a very good value for my Mustang GT trade-in, which made the difference in my purchase decision. As a final note, I find the Explorer ST to be a powerful, comfortable and spacious SUV.

Came all the way from Montana to purchase a car that was competitively priced. Our salesperson Kaitlynn was amazing to work with, taking time to answer all my questions, sending pictures, videos, walking me through the inspection process, out of state buying process, and then giving personalized assistance once we arrived. Appreciated them picking us up at the airport to get us to the dealership. Kaitlynn and Mike helped correct a few things the car needed done before we would drive it home. They made this one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Only drawback was the added cost of a dealership installed pulse light breaking system but the pricing on the car still made this worth it. We would return in the future for our next vehicle purchase. Great job team Rod Baker!

We recently moved to the Plainfield/Naperville area and have been thinking about purchasing an electric vehicle.
