Our service tech Vincent at Rod Baker Ford is very curtious, knowledgeable, and respectfull. He double checked we were both on the same page for what the car issue was, was aware of my vehicle history, arranged for a courtesy ride home while vehicle stay for repair. Kept in contact with me through text messages informing of repair progress through finish. Explained all the work done and even did a test drive with me for my benefit that repair met my satisfaction, and concerns were met.

Everything went well on servicing my 2018 Ford Explorer. The new place they moved into is very high tech, and service, sales, and everyone in the place is friendly and helpful. Specifically for the Parts Department. They take good care of their customers here and the prices are cheaper than all the other local dealers. I was in last week and they cut a key for me for free, which is a wonderful goodwill gesture and again demonstrates how the Parts Department takes care of their customers.

I saw a nail in my front drivers side tire,so I took it to my Quick lube and had them take care of the problem.It turns out the the nail never punched the tire and that the tire itself was fine,thanks to the fine service I received from them.Took it to Rod Baker Quick lane and was promised 30 minutes. In and out 30 minutes 5 stars

The sales person Kaitlyn was great. No pressure and easy to talk to. She didn't use any of the standard delay tactics a lot of salespeople use to keep you there or pretend to be your friend. She was straight forward and answered all my questions. And here is the best part - I was in with Lisa the finance person who was also great good they paperwork when I just changed my mind and didn't want to but the car and neither one of them pressured me at all. They were not very professional and they understood my position about being concerned having a car payment which I haven't had in over three years. They cancelled the deal and told me I was welcome to come back if I ever changed my mind. A very refreshing approach from a salesperson and finance person at a dealership.

The dreaded trip to the car dealership wasn't anything like past experiences. MATT was responsive and kind from the start. The whole process including the financing portion was efficient. If you are looking to buy a vehicle I would go here. First thing is there was no pressure while looking around. I had my eye on a jeep they had on the lot. I was able to look at it with freedom. I made the choice to drive the suv and as I was walking in the salesman walked up and asked if I would want to drive it. I got the keys and went for a ride without anyone with me. When I got back to the dealership I made the purchase of the SUV. Luke was great to me. He offered me refreshments and was great to talk to while they prepared all the paperwork. All the staff is very nice and helpful. It’s been a while since I bought a car and they made it a great experience. Even after a week, Luke messaged to make sure everything was going good and to ask if they could help with anything. In the future I will be heading back to this dealership to purchase again.

My experience at Rod Baker Ford was about as good as it could get when buying a car. Matt was extremely kind and patient while helping us out during the process. He answered our questions and had a chat with us while we waited for financing. Additionally, the building has a very nice interior with a lot to look at while you wait. I would 100% recommend this place to others if they asked me where to buy a car from.

I highly recommend this car dealership. The service department is well put together. This car dealership highly value customer service and consumer pricing. I had the opportunity to meet the General Manager Anthony Lepore. Mr. Lepore is one classy GM and he walks around to make sure consumers are being valued. I highly recommend this dealership. When you’re looking at your new purchase. I beg you to meet Anthony Lepore. This brother is all business but not some sleazy person in the sales division. He is the face of a good dealership. My mom passed and just speaking with Mr. Lepore I felt his energy to keep trying and pushing forward. Customer service is really valued at this company. Highly recommend this company!

I want to take a moment to say how much I appreciated working with Colin Lewin @ RB Ford. He was quick to reach out to me when I inquired online and was real-time texting me throughout the process. I sent one text Saturday morning @ 7a not expecting to hear from him until after things opened but he texted me back straight away. He was working on helping me close the final price on a deal for a vehicle I hadn’t even been able to see yet before the dealership was even open. He was extremely accommodating to work at a fair price for a fully certified vehicle. Great peace of mind to be sure. I recently scheduled my first at-home service appointment with your dealership for an oil change and tire rotation, and I wanted to share what a great experience it was. When I called to set up the appointment, Jen walked me through the entire process. Jen was clear, helpful, and genuinely great to work with, which made getting everything arranged very easy. On the day of the appointment, Matt called ahead to confirm the arrival time and showed up right on schedule. Before starting the work, Matt checked in and asked for permission to move the truck to the street due to the wind, explaining that it would help avoid getting oil on the driveway. That level of care and consideration really stood out. After completing the service, Matt followed up to let me know everything was done. Both Jen and Matt were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. The entire process was smooth and seamless from start to finish. I truly appreciate the excellent service and attention to detail. Thanks!

I bought a new 2026 Explorer ST at Rod Baker Ford first week of May, and I had a nice stress-free experience. My sales rep was Brian Swidergal, a very friendly, knowledgeable and detail-oriented guy, genuinely helpful before and after the sale, answering questions and getting some specific things done from the Service department. After the initial test drive on a different model available on the lot, he made sure an ST of the color and exact options I wanted was available and could be brought over. I agreed on the overall deal the next evening, and he was considerate enough to suggest finalizing things the next morning, thus avoiding spending a late night at the dealership, as the final paperwork can take a lot of time. By the way, there was no need to haggle over the price, since Ford dealers are running a special Employee Pricing for All at the moment. I will also say that I received a very good value for my Mustang GT trade-in, which made the difference in my purchase decision. As a final note, I find the Explorer ST to be a powerful, comfortable and spacious SUV.

Came all the way from Montana to purchase a car that was competitively priced. Our salesperson Kaitlynn was amazing to work with, taking time to answer all my questions, sending pictures, videos, walking me through the inspection process, out of state buying process, and then giving personalized assistance once we arrived. Appreciated them picking us up at the airport to get us to the dealership. Kaitlynn and Mike helped correct a few things the car needed done before we would drive it home. They made this one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Only drawback was the added cost of a dealership installed pulse light breaking system but the pricing on the car still made this worth it. We would return in the future for our next vehicle purchase. Great job team Rod Baker!

We recently moved to the Plainfield/Naperville area and have been thinking about purchasing an electric vehicle. We visited Rod Baker Ford just to look and possibly test drive a Mach-e to make an informed future decision. Matthew K was exceptionally helpful, he assisted us on our terms and interest without pressure. Tim checked in with us once we were back from the test drive and both he and Matthew exemplify their dealerships no-pressure approach. Liked how car drove and it looked clean with no damages anywhere to be found.Told Billy my situation and Billy was more than helpful in getting it done. The discovered that the remote start and door locks were not functioning and was able to still purchase the vehicle and schedule the repair to be performed free of charge. The service department was able to schedule me to come in and have a new key fob programmed to get it working properly. They also ordered parts and made repairs to my rear driver's door that was found to be hanging up while opening. This dealership really came through and stuck to their commitment to the customer. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and use them again in the future.

Michelle explained to me the process and time frame to complete the recall timely while keeping the options within my hectic schedule. During our initial conversation I asked about a different issue we were having with our vehicle and she was more than glad to help us get that figured out as well. Michelle even connected with our extended warranty company for me so that was even less of a hassle. The mechanic that was sent out for the recall was Matt. Bought a Ford Explorer for Rod Baker. It was due for some service. The Service Team gave me a call and asked if i wanted to schedule service. I said, i should it needs to get done. They asked how i felt if a service tech came to my house to change oil, rotate tires and give the vehicle a look through and send my sync system an update. I said well that sounds awesome! I had enough points on my account where everything was at no charge so that worked out. Mike the tech was awesome, friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. I didnt know about the home mobile service and he gave me more info on it. But how awesome they can service the vehicle in the driveway!

I bought a great 2020 FORD Escape Titanium Hybrid from Rod Baker Ford. One year later and all of 1900 (not 19,000) miles the car is advising me to Change Oil. I call Quick Lane and talk to Jennifer. Best dealership and service in the area! Their customer service is really great. I have to say this because I have seen some worst dealerships around Plainfield-Naperville-Aurora but Rod Baker is completely opposite. Mike was my point of contact and he was very nice, professional and very transparent with the prices. He gave clear communication about the services they performed and explained clearly the time of future services and parts replacements like tired and brakes. Also they offered to drop me off till the service is done. Todd was very friendly and also patient (my address was not showing correctly on maps) when he came to pick me up. Michelle, This is Jim Szmanda. I stopped into the dealership Rod Baker, because I have a 2017, Lincoln MKC, that had a recall. I spoke first with Vincent, who was the first person who said he can help. I must have called 2 or 3 other Lincoln or Ford shops, and got the same answer every time, we didn’t have that part in stock. or never received a call back!!! Vincent, took all of my I information, found the recall, and scheduled a service date. After looking at the date, I gave him the wrong date, I went on online after I received an email, changed the date and things were good A day or so later, I received a call from Michelle asking if I would like to have the service tech come out to my house and perform this service on my 2017 and MKC, I called her back a few minutes later and scheduled the servers to be done at my house on 8-1-24. The service tech I believe his name was Matt called me at about approximately 8:30 and said he would be here right around 9 o’clock. He was early, Pleasant young man knew what he was talking about, and professional, an hour later approximately the job was competed, I just want to Thank all the people involved with the service of my vehicle from Rod Baker Ford in Plainfield, Illinois , not only did they repair the car, but they exceeded my expectations. I recently purchased a car from Rod Baker and couldn't be happier with the experience. The entire car-buying process was incredibly easy and stress-free. Paige, the salesperson who assisted me, was fantastic. She answered all my questions thoroughly and demonstrated how everything in the car worked. Even after I made the purchase, she responded promptly to my follow-up questions, which made me feel truly valued as a customer. Rod Baker claims to be the home of the "no hassle deal," and in my experience, this was true. The car price was beyond fair and easily validated with Kelly Blue Book and Edmund's price guides. They offered the standard add-ons you'd expect during the buying process, but they were never pushy. They respected my decisions and accepted any of my "no's" without any pressure. When I went to the finance office to finalize the paperwork, there were no surprises or last-minute junk fees trying to be slipped in. It was just the price of the car, taxes/registration/etc, and a very reasonable document fee. The car itself was professionally detailed. The inside, outside, and even the engine compartment was spotless. I’ve had the car now for about two weeks and not one thing has crept up. The car feels solid, and everything operates as it should. Will update if anything comes up, but I feel optimistic I won’t need to. This was my third car purchase, but my first time at Rod Baker, and it was easily the best experience yet. One thing that really stood out to me is that even though I forgot to mention the gas tank was low, when we went to leave in our new car, I noticed someone had gone out and completely filled it up! I highly recommend Rod Baker Ford, they are professional and honest people, and I was particularly impressed with Paige's exceptional service. This was my first time bringing my car in for service as I just moved to the area. Not only was my oil change far less than an “oil change place”, but they also inspected my SUV and rotated my tires for that lower price. The service department was so friendly and Vincent (my service advisor) was extremely helpful and polite. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back and encouraging my husband to bring his F150 there as well.

Paige Grandowski at the Plainfield Ford was undoubtedly the best sales representative I have ever worked with for any purchase. Paige was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. She was not pushy or overbearing with trying to sell a vehicle. I felt as though she really wanted me to find what fit me best and help in any way she could. I ultimately purchased a 2023 Ford F-150 Lariat on March 11th. I have enjoyed the vehicle so far. The check engine light was on when I purchased the vehicle and the sales manager stated that the battery voltage was low due to it being on the lot for several months. I have driven the truck about 500 miles and the light is still on. I will be calling Rod Baker Ford to get a new battery, which they offered free of charge. Overall, my experience at Rod Baler Ford was great. If you’re looking for a vehicle, Paige is the best person to help you find the perfect one!

Bought a new Bronco. Was a great experience. They worked with us on getting a fair price on our Mach E as well as working with several lenders to get us the best rate. No one was pushy with extras. My only complaint is all their cars they install a Pulse Brake light add-on that costs $400, and I would have never chosen to add something like that. All in all, we for sure will be returning in the future. It was much better than the experience we got from another local Ford dealer when we bought our Mach E. I have also used their service department a few times, and they have been great as well.
