I ordered four tires and was not able to have them installed on the day of my appointment because of a sudden health issue. I then contacted the service department. They said that my car could be picked up and brought to Quick Lane for installation at no cost to me. My car was picked up and delivered back to me in half of a day. The two transport people were pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend Rod Baker Ford. They truly care about their customers.

I had heard really good things about Rod Baker Ford before from my friends. The vehicle that I bought was perfectly (lower than market) priced and left me no option but to buy. Everything went well and I intend to take my truck there to get it serviced. Very happy so far, and I am sure that if my review doesn't change, my happiness will remain the same.

After 3 attemts to diagnose a bearing noise in my 2022 f-150 i went to rod baker ford where i had purchased my truck new. they are far from my home and my local dealer finally told me to bring it back when the noise was loader. rod baker diagnosed the problem and had it repaired under warranty. they did the warranty work along with some additional non waranty work in 4 days. what a pleasure to deal with the profesional service manager and personnel. i will purchase my next truck from then in the future thank you very much !

Went in for a recall service. Told them about an issue that I am having with the dual air conditioner unit in my car. Wass told to bring car back during the week. Will update after that is done. My car is a Lincoln MKC, so I decided to take it to a Lincoln dealership instead. Update: Looks like the evap unit needs to be replaced. $4500 to do the service. Might as well trade it in.

Everything went well on servicing my 2014 Ford Edge. The new place they moved into is very high tech, and service, sales, and everyone in the place is friendly and helpful. My experience at Rod Baker Ford was truly exceptional. This wasn’t my first time leasing a vehicle, and I had done plenty of research before visiting a dealership. Initially, I connected with a Costco representative online. While helpful, the interaction felt overly pushy, and I quickly noticed that my specific needs were being overlooked just to close a deal. That’s when I decided to visit Rod Baker to test drive a new Ford Explorer. I had previously leased a 2022 Explorer and absolutely loved it, so I was hoping to find the ST-Line model with similar features—and maybe a few upgrades. From the moment I arrived, Mark was incredibly kind, attentive, and never pushy. He truly listened to what I wanted and worked hard to make it happen. To my surprise, I left with the exact car I dreamed of—complete with a premium package—and a deal I was genuinely happy with. The sales manager was also fantastic, taking the time to clearly explain every detail of the process. A few days after finalizing the lease, I experienced a minor screen glitch in the car. I reached out to Mark, and within minutes, he had everything arranged for me to stop by so the service manager could take a look. When I arrived, the manager was already waiting and ready to help. Within 15 minutes, he had diagnosed and resolved the issue while clearly explaining what had happened. What really stood out to me was how the team at Rod Baker continued to care after the sale was complete. Mark and his coworkers followed up to make sure I was satisfied and that my car was safe and running smoothly. That level of service is rare and speaks volumes about their dedication to their customers. Unfortunately, not all dealerships operate this way—but Rod Baker truly sets the standard. I wholeheartedly recommend them, especially Mark. He’ll take great care of you. Needless to say, I’ll be returning when it’s time for my next vehicle, and I’ll be sending my friends and family their way as well.

I saw a nail in my front drivers side tire,so I took it to my Quick lube and had them take care of the problem.It turns out the the nail never punched the tire and that the tire itself was fine,thanks to the fine service I received from them.
Rod Baker should be your go to dealership; they are upfront on their pricing and are competitive. They do not tack on additional "Fees" in their OTD price. After travelling to 5 different dealerships Torron "Ron" was by far the most upfront and honest salesman we had dealt with. *We realized we had forgotten some items in our trade in car, and Torron was incredibly helpful in getting those items back to us. Will be looking for future vehicles from Rod Baker, specifically, Ron.
We have used Rod Baker Ford to service many of our vehicles over the years with good results. They have performed everything from basic maintenance, mechanical repairs to factory issued recalls/fixes. We have both gas and diesel engine vehicles and their team of repair techs have handled both with no issues.

I live 1 hour from the dealership and was able to negotiate and finalize a purchase before ever going in. When I went to sign the paperwork and pick up the vehicle it was clean, ready, and I was out the door in exactly 1 hour. Props and thank you to the staff that I worked with during the process: Brett Fessler, Pete Silva, Mark Rancone, and Lisa Czerwinski - each were excellent to work with and treated me as a valued customer, not just another car buyer. They gave me a good offer on my trade and didn’t play any games on the price for the new truck. Mark was a great salesperson and the manager found me some additional discounts on the truck without me having to ask. Overall great experience at this dealership and I would highly recommend.
I rate my recent experience with Rod Baker Ford as a great sales process and I am fully satisfied. I will start by stating I have been intrigued by Rod Baker Ford’s new facility on Route 59, but have not purchased a vehicle from Rod Baker. On a recent Friday I stopped in to look at Explorers in their inventory. I actually honed in on a used 2025 Explorer. Mark Roncone met me in the lot and answered my questions and let me browse (no high pressure tactics). Later that evening I shared views of Explorers on the lot with my wife from the Rob Baker website and discussed the virtues of new versus used. I called Mark and set up an appointment for the next morning to take a closer look at the used Explorer. The next morning he called to let me know the used Explorer had been sold but he had a similar new Explorer in inventory – not a sales tactic, we saw the other buyer of the used Explorer taking delivery. Mark pulled the new Explorer from inventory so it would be available for us when we stopped in. We chose this vehicle after the test drive. The paperwork process went faster than I have ever experienced. Rod Baker uses an electronic paper and signature process which Brian explained step-by-step. The electronic signature process truly speeds up the process. From greeting to signature inside of two hours. During delivery Mark walked me through connecting Ford Pass to the Explorer, and explained the differences in SYNC 4. All in all a very smooth process.

I’m a middle-aged woman that purchased a 2015 Ford Edge, at Rod Baker Ford several years ago. In February 2025, I had some minor engine issues. When taking it in to be serviced, there were complications with the vehicle’s extended warranty, which immediately put me into a panic mode. However, the general manager, Anthony LePore; the finance manager, Lisa Czerwinski; and the service manager, Marcus Lawson went above and beyond all my expectations. They were patient, kind, and gracious when handling my situation. I left the dealership extremely satisfied, and proud of them for not taking advantage of their customer. Thank you, Rod Baker Ford!! You will definitely be my Ford dealer again!!

Brought my Ecosport in for routine servicing. Everyone was professional and friendly. Service was completed in short order. I was in and out in under an hour. That's what I call service.
Our son has been looking for a 2017-2020 F250 Platinum Super Duty Diesel for about a month and every time he finds “The One” he calls and they tell him the truck is sold. This was about 10 different dealerships between IL WI IN OH MI - “The One” was finally within reach at Rod Baker Ford - he scheduled an appt through the website for a just received F250 with everything he wanted-needed. Mark called on Monday to schedule a time for 7pm - later in the day Mark called back and said I have someone coming at 3pm and would let us know if it sells - we live 1.5hrs away - Mark messaged when we were on our way that the truck sold. Back to looking for “The One”. Tuesday Mark called and said they backed out and the truck was available. We said we’d be there on Wednesday- Mark wasn’t working - but that was the only day we could come. We arrived at 630pm (they close at 8pm) and we worked with a newer sales guy - Luke. Luke did a great job from the test drive - gathering info for the loan and negotiating a few changes. Funny the guy who backed out wanted back in on Wednesday but we already BOUGHT the truck. We also worked with Scott and Lisa in finance. We have purchased ALOT of cars from high end dealers and frankly this experience was as good as or even better than our other experiences. Thx for making things seamless - staying late - and helping us feel welcomed. We will tell our friends….

Just recently bought an f150 from Brian Swidergal Rod Baker and the experience was the best I’d ever had. I just recently got into an accident totaling my old truck. I had very little time to spend at the dealership so I told him I needed to get as much finalized as possible before traveling to the dealership. I want to take a moment to say how much I appreciated working with Colin Lewin @ RB Ford. He was quick to reach out to me when I inquired online and was real-time texting me throughout the process. I sent one text Saturday morning @ 7a not expecting to hear from him until after things opened but he texted me back straight away. I recently scheduled my first at-home service appointment with your dealership for an oil change and tire rotation, and I wanted to share what a great experience it was. When I called to set up the appointment, Jen walked me through the entire process. Jen was clear, helpful, and genuinely great to work with, which made getting everything arranged very easy. On the day of the appointment, Matt called ahead to confirm the arrival time and showed up right on schedule. Before starting the work, Matt checked in and asked for permission to move the truck to the street due to the wind, explaining that it would help avoid getting oil on the driveway. That level of care and consideration really stood out. After completing the service, Matt followed up to let me know everything was done. I bought a new 2026 Explorer ST at Rod Baker Ford first week of May, and I had a nice stress-free experience. My sales rep was Brian Swidergal, a very friendly, knowledgeable and detail-oriented guy, genuinely helpful before and after the sale, answering questions and getting some specific things done from the Service department. After the initial test drive on a different model available on the lot, he made sure an ST of the color and exact options I wanted was available and could be brought over. I agreed on the overall deal the next evening, and he was considerate enough to suggest finalizing things the next morning, thus avoiding spending a late night at the dealership, as the final paperwork can take a lot of time. By the way, there was no need to haggle over the price, since Ford dealers are running a special Employee Pricing for All at the moment. I will also say that I received a very good value for my Mustang GT trade-in, which made the difference in my purchase decision. As a final note, I find the Explorer ST to be a powerful, comfortable and spacious SUV.

Came all the way from Montana to purchase a car that was competitively priced. Our salesperson Kaitlynn was amazing to work with, taking time to answer all my questions, sending pictures, videos, walking me through the inspection process, out of state buying process, and then giving personalized assistance once we arrived. Appreciated them picking us up at the airport to get us to the dealership. Kaitlynn and Mike helped correct a few things the car needed done before we would drive it home. They made this one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Only drawback was the added cost of a dealership installed pulse light breaking system but the pricing on the car still made this worth it. We would return in the future for our next vehicle purchase. Great job team Rod Baker!

Unfortunately the dealer lacks options of vans but very friendly people overall ask for either Matthew or Mark and they will guide you in the right direction we went to plenty of other dealers who play way too many games unlike these guys

We purchased a used vehicle recently from Rod Baker Ford. We found the listing online a drove 3 hours to look at it. They were able to hold the vehicle for us once they knew we were on our way which was reassuring! The application forms were simple and the process was easy. They were able to work with us on our trade in and we were able to get the price we wanted on our payment after a bit of back n’ forth. (As expected, It’s a car dealership). We worked with Matt. He was very attentive and made 2 follow up calls to see how the vehicle was working out for us post purchase. We would recommend this dealer for someone looking to purchase.

She guided me through the entire process of ordering the Bronco from beginning to end. Rod Baker kept me informed of the progress and actually delivered the finished Bronco 3 months in advance of the projected completion date.
