Outstanding service from Rod Baker Ford and team! I was looking to purchase a new Bronco and decided to have it built to my specifications. Sales consultant Kaitlyn helped me every step of the way. She guided me through the entire process of ordering the Bronco from beginning to end. Rod Baker kept me informed of the progress and actually delivered the finished Bronco 3 months in advance of the projected completion date. Kaitlyn was professional, courteous and had a laid back approach which made the entire experience more enjoyable. It has been three months since the purchase and Kaitlyn still reaches out to ask if I have any questions about the vehicle and to make sure I’m happy with the Bronco. Great job Kaitlyn!
