Came all the way from Montana to purchase a car that was competitively priced. Our salesperson Kaitlynn was amazing to work with, taking time to answer all my questions, sending pictures, videos, walking me through the inspection process, out of state buying process, and then giving personalized assistance once we arrived. Appreciated them picking us up at the airport to get us to the dealership. Kaitlynn and Mike helped correct a few things the car needed done before we would drive it home. They made this one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Only drawback was the added cost of a dealership installed pulse light breaking system but the pricing on the car still made this worth it. We would return in the future for our next vehicle purchase. Great job team Rod Baker!

Mike in the service department was very professional. He verified and re-verified my concerns and took care of my trucks issues. I've used rod baker for my trucks service needs for years and their service department is one of the best in the area. They were able to get me in and have a loaner ready for me. They are a no nonsense dealership and trustworthy. 5 star service as always.

What a great experience getting my truck repaired. I don't usually associate great experience with repairs. Spoke with Vince and got an appointment quickly to check out a shifting problem. Joe and Mike helped me get checked in and supplied me with a loaner. The truck went in on a Monday and was completed by Friday. Awesome! Can't say enough good things about Vince, Joe and Mike in Service. Smoothest experience I have had at a service facility, and truck is running great again. Thanks!

Best dealership and service in the area! Their customer service is really great. I have to say this because I have seen some worst dealerships around Plainfield-Naperville-Aurora but Rod Baker is completely opposite. Mike was my point of contact and he was very nice, professional and very transparent with the prices. He gave clear communication about the services they performed and explained clearly the time of future services and parts replacements like tired and brakes. Also they offered to drop me off till the service is done. Todd was very friendly and also patient (my address was not showing correctly on maps) when he came to pick me up. If you are looking for an honest, professional and best dealership/service, highly recommend Rod Baker!!
