Michelle explained to me the process and time frame to complete the recall timely while keeping the options within my hectic schedule. Michelle, This is Jim Szmanda. I stopped into the dealership Rod Baker, because I have a 2017, Lincoln MKC, that had a recall. I spoke first with Vincent, who was the first person who said he can help. I must have called 2 or 3 other Lincoln or Ford shops, and got the same answer every time, we didn’t have that part in stock. or never received a call back!!! Vincent, took all of my I information, found the recall, and scheduled a service date. After looking at the date, I gave him the wrong date, I went on online after I received an email, changed the date and things were good A day or so later, I received a call from Michelle asking if I would like to have the service tech come out to my house and perform this service on my 2017 and MKC, I called her back a few minutes later and scheduled the servers to be done at my house on 8-1-24. The service tech I believe his name was Matt called me at about approximately 8:30 and said he would be here right around 9 o’clock. He was early, Pleasant young man knew what he was talking about, and professional, an hour later approximately the job was competed, I just want to Thank all the people involved with the service of my vehicle from Rod Baker Ford in Plainfield, Illinois , not only did they repair the car, but they exceeded my expectations.
