Joe Picicci has always provided excellent service on the few times that I have needed to have work done on my vehicle. On this occasion he was able to get the bulk of the cost approved through my extended warranty. No questions asked and with great follow up. Provided a loaner for the time my car was under repair. This is not the first time Joe has provided this type of service at Rod Baker. There are other Ford dealers closer to home but would not go any where else. My significant other and I had a great experience here. We purchased from out of state and the process was easy to navigate. Joe did an amazing job for the buying experience out of state with our vehicle. He sent a video immediately and was quick to response with our quick timing of wanting to purchase a vehicle. When he wasn’t in, other members were also kind and professional to assist. Tho we are still waiting on minor discrepancies, this company works with you and Joe was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. We will be considering this dealership again in the future over many we’ve dealt with in Indianapolis.
